Candidates will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sponsorship opportunities for our exhibitions and events. This role involves building relationships with potential sponsors, understanding their marketing objectives, and aligning them with our event offerings to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Candidate should have very good english comm skill and good personality · Identify potential sponsors and develop a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy for exhibitions and conferences .
· Generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
· Manage ongoing relationships with sponsors to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
· Maintain communication with sponsors for future opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive events, and potential new sponsorship opportunities.
· Provide regular reports on sales activity, market feedback, and sponsor satisfaction to management.
Proven experience in space selling, concept selling , ad selling , sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, or related roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand sponsor needs and create tailored sponsorship solutions.
Strong networking abilities and knowledge of industry trends.
