Designation - Quality Assurance Manager
Candidate must have 5 to 10 years of experience in food Segment with Third Party Certification body
Location - Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
Role & responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance Regulatory Audits and Compliances:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for the Food Certification Division.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
2. Certification Process Oversight:
- Oversee the certification process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize certification procedures.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay informed about changes in food safety regulations and standards.
- Ensure the division's processes and documentation are in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
4. Team Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership to the QA team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
5. Client Interaction:
- Act as the technical discussions and support to the business team in matters related to quality assurance and certification processes.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with independent and Impartial quality monitoring
6. Audits and Inspections:
- Plan and coordinate internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data related to certification processes and identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Prepare regular reports for management and clients, highlighting key performance indicators.
8. Standards and Documentation:
In depth knowledge and experience of handling ISO 22000, ISO 17021, FSMS, FSSAI, QCI and other audits and also to maintain the Compliances
