Job Summary The Business Development Manager – Contract Manufacturing will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and expanding revenue through contract manufacturing partnerships. The role involves identifying potential customers, managing key accounts, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities Business Development and Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities for contract manufacturing services. Generate leads through market research, networking, exhibitions, and industry contacts. Pitch manufacturing capabilities, formulations, and services to prospective clients. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with customers. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to ensure timely execution. Handle client queries, change requests, and escalation issues effectively.
